Someone take this house

Is it possible to hire a lawyer or someone to sell your house for you? What if a person owns a house and needs to get out of it, but they don't have the mental or physical wherewithal to complete the required tasks. Could someone be paid to do so? What would that process involve? What would be a fair fee?

These are all the things that need to be done that the person in question (PIQ) can't be relied upon for various reasons that don't need discussed:

- arrange a fast sale at a loss :)
- pack up everything in the house and sort it between taking and getting rid of (this can be done based on where the things are currently located) and get it to where it's going
- line up another place to live (family is offering to pay for a place to live close to them, a place PIQ is only agreeing to move to because they have no other option)

PIQ accepts the reality of the situation and actually got a pretty encouraging tarot reading, it's just too much mentally and physically to ask them to do and I wish that I could help PIQ not have to experience that much of it anyway. I am not the right candidate for the job so I thought I'd find out if the right candidate exists.
Could a person be paid to handle this mess
