Follow-up - anti-depressants and (male) sex, difficulty climaxing

I recently asked about antis and how they have just about killed my finishing off. Erections are OK generally, though slower. I think the result of this continual frustration is 1. seek alternative meds. 2. wean off meds. 3. discouragement of sex in general. Have tried alternatives, talked the frustration w/ my partner. She says OK, but it's not.

But it's the discouragement that troubles me most. And ironically gets me more aware of sex. (like writing this message) I don't want to lose such an important piece of life. So maybe I need to revise sex/sensuality; the finish is important and maybe one pay-off, but focusing only on that as a goal misses alot of other things. Like a kiss, a hand on a breast, an erection just for the sensation and movement, a back massage.........I am going to wean off my meds (w/ guidance) and see what happens, maybe it's become a habit. I get that not everyone can do that, depression is horrible, life-numbing and unfair. But there is a balance here, and I need to recapture a part of me that has been, if not lost, then hugely diminished.
