It's the end of Year One for the cadets, but things have changed for all of them. Thanks to SAM 2.0, Caleb finally makes contact with his mother Anisha (Tatiana Maslany) and sneaks off to find her, but Genesis, Darem and SAM are tagging along. Meanwhile, Nus Braka and the Venari Ral are tightening the screws on the Federation. Ake, Reno and The Doctor must retrieve the cadets but avoid the Venari Ral and the superweapons they stole from the starbase. Part One of the two-part season finale.
