Organizations that track public comment opportunities for fed policies?

Can you recommend any websites or organizations that are tracking new notices for public comment that impact democracy issues, immigration, privacy rights, executive branch powers, government accountability, and/or antitrust issues? I am familiar with the Federal Register, but I am seeing more RFIs on SAM.gov and via individual agency websites. It can be challenging to keep on top of what is happening in these regulatory spaces. It is also helpful if the site provides analysis of particularly harmful proposed policies.
