MST Club presents.... This movie, from 2003, doesn't seem to have a Wikipedia entry. The IMDB says: Don's nightmare comes true as his fellow passengers on a private plane are transformed into flesh-eating monsters. So we can tell that there is a Don, he's a passenger on a plane, he's been having nightmares, and the other people on board are turning into monsters. I guess that's something to go on. The Rifftrax page mentions the plane also has lots of rooms, a basement and computer-rendered casino gambling. And monsters, of course. This is all three years before Snakes On A Plane, mind you. Riff released November 2025.
