My partner and I are planning a trip to Taos this summer, and I'd like to do a watercolor workshop at Ghost Ranch. But I have concerns about staying there...

Reviews of GR itself are all positive, but it's been hard to find reviews of the lodging and food specifically. Food is included in the price, but the few reviews I found for the food weren't great. Plus they only serve breakfast from 7:30-8:30am, which is not ideal for me. I'd love any input/insight/reviews of your stay at GR, or maybe if you've heard anything about it? We definitely plan on visiting, just not sure about staying there. Thanks!
