Long story short: My smartphone has gone awol, my carrier will not open its replacement w/o picture ID which I also lack (just tried applying online for an enhanced ID and I AM NOT IN THE SYSTEM and can't make phone calls to them from the tablet I am using. I bought a burner phone but the devil in the details there is I am unable to open it.

As to the why of this, I will spare public you the details.Would anyone be interested in meeting in person at a suitable venue on Capitol Hill on Seattle to help me unlock my burner?
