Is there any app for Android that will wake me up with a spoken weather forecast instead of an alarm sound?

I often forget to check the weather in the morning and would like some way to force this information into my consciousness every day. Are there any alarm apps that allow for dynamic sounds rather than just custom audio files? The main things I will need this for is wind strength and direction as well as precipitation.
