How much should I charge for consulting for my old job?

I'm leaving a job next week and they have asked if I'd be willing to do some consulting after I leave to help them work through a backlog. How much is reasonable for me to ask for and/or expect from them?

I have no idea how much I should ask for! For context, I am currently way underpaid at $82k/year. My new job will pay approximately $120k/year. My employer bills my time to clients at $275 an hour. With all of this information, is there some sort of good way to calculate a ballpark, or at least a minimum, for which I should ask? I know the answer is "how much do you think your time is worth?" but I don't want to lowball myself or be offended at what is actually a reasonable amount. Thank you!
