Vegetable Void

Imagine, for this question, that all vegetables have ceased to exist. What would be the best way for a human to receive the nutrients, etc we typically need from vegetables? Would it be possible to be a reasonably healthy person without them?
This question is not about how to eat more vegetables, or how to try preparing vegetables in a way one might like.
Imagine a world in which everything we popularly consider a vegetable no longer grows. Fruits and vitamins still exist. What would one eat or take to supplement the lack of vegetables, and would it be possible to be relatively healthy and disease-free if one was literally unable to ever eat a vegetable again?
A toddler did not write this question, but you may adopt that mindset if it helps! |
