If this were the blue, I would say hey everyone, listen to this fantastic (and slyly funny) anti-authoritarian track by Arto Lindsay called Illuminated. ("I get all my light from one lightbulb/I stand illuminated") But it's the green, so I have a question for any expert rhythmic transcribers out there: What the heck are bassist Melvin Gibbs and team doing during the B part (47s-1m21s) "I know the world..."

I'm trying to arrange this tune, and I just can't quite figure out how to count that part.
