The weather outside is frightful! The air conditioning inside is basically bedroom-only and the kitchen is a boiler room, so to speak. What cold noodle dishes can be made?

I understand that I may have to cook the noodles if we're not talking about, eg, pre-cooked udon or Trader Joe's pre-cooked "thai" wheat ones. A very little cooking is acceptable for the rest of the recipe. But the paradigmatic dish would be one in which I chop some things and whisk together some other things and combine them with noodles and there you go.
