Soil delivery without a driveway?

We need soil for our back garden - about 4 cubic yards. The challenge: we don't have a driveway or front yard, and live on a narrow one-way street. There's a back alley, but a truck won't fit all the way. I'm looking for suggestions of how to accomplish this, such as how to search for a company that will manually transport the dirt instead of just dumping it. Extra bonus points if you have a specific recommendation in Toronto.

I'm thinking that, practically, the best method would be getting a truck halfway down the alley then wheeling bags to our yard. We're not keen on trying to haul it ourselves but could manage if necessary; however, so far I've only been able to find companies that, at best, will drop off cubic yard bags in front of your house (which would block the street).

We have a tiny car so I think it would take a ridiculous number of trips to transport enough small bags ourselves. We could rent a vehicle, but at best I could talk my wife into driving a van or pickup, certainly not a large truck.

Surely other people in this situation have figured it out, so what do they do? Should I be looking for landscaping companies, and if so, how
