In the early 2000s I made a vegan cake. It was a large bundt: chocolate zucchini. It used blended silken tofu and contained lemon zest and chopped prunes. No icing; regular flour. Do you have this recipe or know where I got it? Note: it must contain all aforementioned ingredients--nothing missing and no substitutions.
