Albuquerque, NM - On Wednesday, May 24th detectives arrested Devon Roybal, 17, for three counts of Commercial Burglary. During the arrest Roybal starts crying and asks for his mother. Just before 4:30 a.m. Wednesday, while conducting this operation, a suspicious person was identified. Detectives attempted to contact the subject who fled on foot. After a quick search of the area, the subject was detained and identified as Devon Roybal.

Grand Rapids, MI - Kent County Prosecutor Chris Becker said the shooting of Malik Carey by Grand Rapids police was justified. Carey, 18, was fatally wounded after police say he fired upon them in the 1300 block of Dickinson Street SE about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 3. Becker said that Carey fired four shots at police before officers had a chance to reach their weapons and return fire.

Authorities say a man dropped less than a gram of cocaine in a Lorain Municipal Courtroom on April 20, 2017. He was only there for a traffic ticket. He made a simple traffic ticket with only the penalty of a fine into a felony. A warrant was immediately issued for his arrest. Video provided by the Lorain Municipal Court.
