Does this meal planning app exist? So many snowflakes

I am at wit's end with meal planning. Is there an app or service that comes close to meeting these criteria? Details inside.
Must-haves:
Ingredient efficiency - I'm cooking for two, perishable ingredients like fresh basil go to waste if they're only used in one night's recipe
Can exclude beef, fish, and shellfish without excluding chicken, turkey, and pork
Can exclude pasta and rice without excluding legumes and whole grains
Nice-to-haves:
Considers seasonality of ingredients
Ability to select different cuisines or food styles
Don't need:
Integration with grocery delivery services
So far I've looked at Mealime, which has an a-la-carte approach that's great for customization but useless for ingredient efficiency, and Cook Smarts, which considers ingredient efficiency but doesn't let me filter out beef, rice, and pasta. Neither one seems to be good for finding legume recipes while excluding pasta and rice. |
