Best cave tour in NW Arkansas

We'll be in the NW of Arkansas for a week in October and would like to take at least one cave tour. There are so many options, so which are the best?

We are two adults who aren't athletic and one of us is a little claustrophobic. We have visited 3-4 caves in the US before and are willing to pay a bit more for something really fantastic. But if they are all pretty much the same, we will just pick one nearby our hotel. Thanks!
