Sweat is hurting my face

From a skincare perspective: how should I treat/soothe skin that's been burned by the salt of my own sweat?
I'm currently in a situation where there is no alternative to sweating, and I'm doing it a lot, and even if I immediately get in front of a fan there is still sweat lingering on my face and concentrating in the creases of my eyelids. This is already a sensitive area, so it really burns, and the skin there is starting to develop a roughness. I can feel a ridge of it when I run my finger over the skin of my eyelid. This doesn't change after a shower, a facewash, a face mist (rose/glycerine water), facial wipes, water wipes, anything I've tried so far.
My skin is extremely fair so I don't want to wash off my sunscreen every time I sweat. I'm not wearing any makeup on my eyes. Yet my skin is straight-up burning for much of the day and I don't want to cause long-term damage during this period of heat.
