Links to Comments are not properly working in on site notifications plugin

Let user have a notification about upvote of comment on some question, when user click on that notification, it will successfully redirected to correct question, answer and comment. But sometimes If that comment is not visible due to comment section has more than 20 comments, in that case notification link take us upto correct question, answer but not to exact comment which is upvoted.
