Can I salvage this disappointing fried rice?

| We got a disappointing yellow-curry fried rice from the Thai place last night - the curry flavor was, for lack of a better term, kind of acrid/bitter and powdery (?). Is there anything I can add when I reheat it that would improve the taste? |
