I'm trying to find a short online game from ~10-15 years ago, but the name currently escapes me and I haven't had luck uncovering it via web searches. Description below the fold...
The timeframe above is approximate, but this was a short online point-and-click adventure game with the following features I can remember:
-Fantasy/steampunk vibe; mostly 2D and beautifully illustrated
-The puzzles involved some timing and Rube Goldberg elements, or clicking things in a certain sequence
-The puzzle would move on to a new scene once you passed the previous one
-The second(?) scene involved a tree with doors/knots on it, and I believe the developer had a cameo with his face as an Alice in Wonderland-esque smoking caterpillar
-The final puzzle/scene was figuring out how to power a rocket ship for launch
-If you knew what you were doing, you could probably beat the entire game in under 30 minutes
-The website/game had a simple URL/name that was maybe Scandinavian or some non-English word
Eventually some other games were added to the site but I never had a chance to play them. Any ideas based on the clues? |
