What is the best facial moisturizer for extremely sensitive skin?

My face is prone to redness and burning whenever I attempt a new facial moisturiser; especially if they are loaded with chemicals and not non-toxic and naturally friendly.

Are there any that you can recommend that are all natural and non-toxic? Especially if prone to redness and burning from moisturisers. I have tried Pai moisturiser a few times, but it is quite expensive for my budget. I do use a lot of facial oils, but I still want to use moisturisers or a nice facial cream as well without burning up and having sensitive reactions. My face seems to like rose-hip oil and coconut oil and all natural squalene creams as well. If you have any to recommend, please do. Thanks in advance!
