Baking + Math

What sort of gifts would be great for a teenager who's into both baking and math?

My niece is turning 14 this year. She's super into math, and has also been really into baking. (She nearly took Food Science at school but decided against it for her own reasons). She was gifted a regular subscription to a monthly baking kit and has been tearing through that.

What could I get her that covers both bases? I did stumble onto How To Bake Pi which uses food to explain math concepts but I don't know if it's teen appropriate. I don't want to just give her conversion tables, which are the only other things I'm seeing.

She's also into games and had a Switch (it got stolen). She seems to be more into hands on projects but I'm not sure if she's up for a workshop (she might but she seems to be more of a homebody). She's in the UK if that changes anything.
