In the past, I used to get annoyed whenever someone stole articles from my website, especially since the stealing was done by bots rather than manually. But later, I started getting happy whenever a site scraped my articles because I had added some hidden, automatic text between the site's questions and answers, including a link to my website.

So, I ended up getting free backlinks without lifting a finger.
