Is it okay to leave the toilet seat up in a shared office space?

I've joined a new office space and we have a single shared bathroom and there's a tennant that leaves the toilet seat up. Is this rude? Should I say something?

I'm not sure what the percentage of people who sit vs stand to pee is, but it's at least 50/50 if not more skewed to the sit-to-pee types. It feels disgusting to have to touch a toilet seat. I'm not sure who is leaving it up. What would you do
