Recommend some home-makeable decadent, fancy ultra-chocolatey desserts that are not primarily cake?

Basic chocolate eclairs, mousse, pudding, trifle, French silk pie, ice cream cakes and bombes are all on the radar, but have already been made often enough that they wouldn't feel fancy without some special twist or extra layer of indulgence to keep things interesting.

Cake elements are fine; it'd just be great if the dessert wasn't majority-cake base.

Recipe links would be wonderful, but just dessert names to research are also appreciated.
