Your favorite methods for stress relief/not thinking about work

Hello, I'm on the second month of a new job. It is a good job with nice people and flex time and challenging things to do, though no company is without its issues. Overtime not excessive. My problem is feeling stressed and thinking about work after I've signed off. Please tell me your favorite stress relief/unplugging tips.

I have a bit of an anxiety issue in general. I am a developer and I conduct my job in a foreign language so there's a bit of "oh shit why do they think I'm capable of doing all this, when will they discover how stupid I am, why does everything have to be in Japanese, everything will blow up" imposter syndrome flailing panic mode that I keep having to beat back.
I work from home and work, do homework, and relax in the same living room, though I want to change that very soon.
I keep thinking "ok, time to relax, time to unplug now" and it doesn't actually work.

Things I am already doing:
- Anxiety medication
- Trying to sleep at a decent hour (also medication)
- Hot baths
- Getting a massage once a month, though it's affordable and I probably want to move to once every two weeks
- Trying to take walks during lunch break and sometimes exercise after work
- Have interesting books to read
- Talking to family in the morning before work
- Petting the cat

Things I am not interested in doing:
- Changing my job (I just started and would be hard-pressed finding a better deal)
- Changing my diet (my diet is fine)
- Counseling (it is too expensive and feels like just more homework)

Thank you!
