On my website, why doesn't the category list appear when I ask a question? and login icon dosne`t work?

problem details:
Category List Issue:

  • The user is unable to select categories when asking a question on their website.
  • Instead, a frozen list of categories appears that they cannot interact with.
  • This issue was not present before.

Login Button Issue:

  • Clicking on the login button does not initiate the login process.
  • The user has to manually add "login" to the URL for the login process to work.
  • This issue was also not present before.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

  • I Have updated the script.
  • I have  cleared the cache.
  • I have  restored the default settings.
    but nothing changes>>>
