I'm looking for anecdotes or advice about handling the side effects Acamprosate. Specifically the mood/mental health related side effects. I'm finding it hard to differentiate between what I am really feeling, what are metal health symptoms I was self medicating, and what are possibly products of 3 months of Acamprosate for managing alcohol cravings.

I am seeing a therapist and a medical doctor regularly, so thanks in advance for that advice.
