Korean Cooking Show

I'm trying to find a Korean cooking show I saw about 10 years ago and not having any luck finding anything via Google. I saw it on an Australian TV channel (don't remember which one - possibly it was SBS) but it was definitely filmed in Korea and the English title was something like "Cooking With Mrs Choi".

Mrs Choi was a middle-aged stern-looking Korean lady who demonstrated simple and healthy Korean recipes to her young co-host, who I believe was Korean-American (her English had an American twang and she appear to speak fluent Korean) and who had no cooking skills whatsoever. Mrs Choi would reprimand her for her terrible knife skills (left handed too) and careless attitude at times. There were occasional market shots as the young lady would go out with a list and purchase ingredients, bringing them back to the studio kitchen to prepare.

It was well-produced but obviously not super high-budget and the food was very much home style cooking, and quite simple. Mrs Choi would carefully plate the food beautifully whilst delivering an almost-lecture on the healthful properties of whatever was the chief ingredient that day.
