Room design app from blueprint

I've got wierd room (entry way, livingroom, dining room combo). I've got a picture of the blueprint with measurements. I'd like to do some visualizations for home design and furniture placement in 3d rendering. What program app should I use?

Windows or android ok, cost is okay but this is going to be a one time use project thing so no subscriptions.

I tried to look this up on my own but between the ads, listicals and the shopping apps that lie about what they do, I was unsuccessful.

I tried ikea app with the take a picture of the room but the room isn't square and doesn't capture some of the size variation that this room ends up having.
