~How~ to search for a seasoned therapist & psychiatrist?

With 0 referrals, how might a person with multiple challenges and decades of working on 'em find a fitting therapist and psychiatrist?

Sooo, my last psychiatrist also did PsyTx and didn't terminate the way I'd expect. I have no referrals for either PsyTx or MedMgt. Been trying a month w my own resources and my results are v lackluster.

Where do I find seasoned people who don't have to beg for clients on, like, Psychology Today? Even if I used PT, they dont have a complex trauma filter. Insurance lists are BS and I'm covered enough to be OK w OON.

I need paths to folk smart & skilled enough to "deal" with me. Def 2 separate providers, who see in venn diagrams, not pigeonholes. For PsyTx, I'm thinking multimodal, like Talk+, but IDK what "+" fits for me.

Best/only I've got so far is a therapist who argued my therapy goal cannot be to lower my baseline (bc she just took it), and a psychiatrist who put SGB and TMS on the table upfront (but not imminent).

Are there other resources? Specific modalities that would cluster around complex trauma meets adhd? Associations or professional orgs that are credible and let me search membership? Am I asking the wrong questions?
