Trying to find a specific type of TV stand, no clue if it exists

TLDR is I am imagining a stand that can easily rise up high, but also go down low. It would have wheels, so that you could sort of "bring it out" from out from under somewhere, adjust it to a nice viewing height, then easily "collapse" it and roll it back to where you store it

Honestly there aren't many more details than that. My apartment is very small and I don't have a great place to have a TV full time...but the space under my standing desk could easily have a TV there, and I'm imagining something where I roll it out, make it higher, use it, then collapse it and put it back. But I have no idea if this sort of thing exists!

I don't need a giant TV. I mainly want a high quality say...30" or 40" TV? so it wouldn't have to be gigantic...
