SIMPLE investment and asset tracking tool

I am looking for a very basic app or website that can help me track my investments. I absolutely do not want to use a program that links to and/or pulls data from my investment accounts.

I want to simply manually input the security name, the number of shares, the purchase price, letting it track current value. and show gain/loss. It would be nice but not required if it also could track my CD's and reminded me of maturation dates; as well as allow me to enter balances from savings accounts and money markets . It would be great if this app or program is free but I am also willing to pay a flat fee (not subscription). Everything I have found so far wants to link to my brokerage accounts and I do not feel at all secure doing that. Thanks in advance!
