Change in Shutterfly quality?

Have used Shutterfly off and on for years, but recent attempts have had weird-color and noticeably-pixelly results, from a modern iPhone camera and standard small sizes (4x6 and 5x7). I'm finding some anecdotal reports of this with others, but y'know, not quite anecdata. Are you regularly using Shutterfly to print phone camera photos? If so, how are you getting good results
