This specific error can appear if an answer uses only a picture and no direct text. It can be solved by adding a short line of text to the answer.

But I've also seen the issue of Google reporting errors but there are none when testing yourself. I don't know how to solve it but you can try clicking the "Validate Fix" button, it usually works.
