Whilst leaving the office in the city, I came up to a set of traffic lights that had just turned red, so I stopped (just like I normally would). However, a pedestrian about to cross at the lights thought I stopped too quickly and made a few gestures towards me, then he gave me the fingers! Just as he did that, BANG, he walks into a pole. He saw me laughing and then came towards the car. Fortunately he then turned and walked off, I guess in total embarrassment. location : Adelaide, South Australia

We have made it over 100 days into Donald Trump’s run as the president. At times, it still doesn’t seem real. But it is what happened and it seems like people from both sides are still having a hard time coming together. Take this guy for example. He is still going on with the whole “not my prez” lines that people have been saying since he WON the election. Which by definition made him everyone’s President. He took it another step further by printing off his own T-shirt with a knockoff Nike logo and the phrase “F*CK TRUMP” on it. The guys in the streets didn’t take to kindly to the shirt and took matters into their own hands.

A protest by a group calling themselves “All Cops Are Bastards” was the site of some seriously sweet justice. During the protest in Denver, the group was trying to stop traffic to protest … well, cops, we suppose. When one car tried to dodge the protesters, one of them jumped out in front of the car and was tapped by the bumper. The cameraman – one of the protesters – freaked out on the driver and ordered him to stay put while … well, while they called the police. The driver complied, pulled over and got out of the car. Within seconds, the police arrived and the cameraman began telling the driver how lucky he was that the police showed up so quickly – we suppose because they would have physically assaulted him. But in an awesome twist, the police arrested the man who was hit by the car for blocking traffic. The camera is dumbfounded. “What the f**k?” he keeps repeating. Later, the cameraman berates the police, asking them why they’re not arresting the driver, who they eventually let go. The crowd screamed at the police, waved banners and flags and berated the police. Toward the end of the film, the cameraman was apparently arrested. “Hey bro with the mask,” one officer said, pointing at the cameraman. “We’re coming for you.” It is illegal to engage in demonstrations or protests with a mask on in many areas. And they arrested the masked moron, and that was the end of the broadcast.

Luka Pibernik's exploits during stage five of the Giro d'Italia on Wednesday will be remembered for a long time — but perhaps for all the wrong reasons. The Slovenian Bahrain-Merida rider was preparing to enter the final lap of the circuit but it appeared he forgot to read the cycling rulebook. Pibernik thought he had already entered the last lap and believing he was about to take the stage victory having had a comfortable lead over his rivals, he raised his arms in celebration when he crossed the line. It seems the 23-year-old didn't hear the bell and unfortunately he was made to look a bit silly as his rivals closed down the gap with around 5km of the stage remaining. The unlucky rider will want to put his howler behind him after finishing in 148th spot, 20 seconds adrift of stage winner Fernando Gaviria following his mistake. Gaviria snatched his second win on this year's Giro d'Italia when he sprinted to victory in impressive fashion in Wednesday's fifth stage. The Colombian rider of the Quick Step-Floors team, who had already prevailed on stage three, easily beat Italian Jakub Mareczko (Wilier Triestina-Selle Italia) and Ireland's Sam Bennett (Bora-Hansgrohe) at the end of a 159-km route from Pessara to Messina, the home town of defending champion Vincenzo Nibali. Gaviria will wear the points classification's cyclamen jersey on Thursday as his team mate, Luxembourg's Bob Jungels, retained the overall leader's maglia rosa. Thursday's sixth stage takes the peloton over 217km from Reggio Calabria to Terme Luigiane.

A historically black college plans to award Trayvon Martin a posthumous degree later in May, the school announced Wednesday. Florida Memorial University will present a bachelor’s of aeronautical science May 13 to Martin’s parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy Martin. Trayvon Martin died in 2012 after neighborhood watch captain George Zimmerman shot him during an altercation. The award serves to honor Martin’s memory and pay homage to the work his parents do for social justice, the school said. “The University will confer upon TRAYVON MARTIN a posthumous degree in Aeronautical Science with a concentration in Flight Education, in honor of the steps he took during his young life toward becoming a pilot,” the school’s statement read. Martin wanted to become a pilot or learn how to fly planes, the Tampa Bay Times reported earlier. “As we approach 50 years in Miami Gardens, this commencement holds a special place in all of our hearts…Of special significance is awarding posthumously the Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation to Trayvon Martin,” Dr. Roslyn Clark Artis, president of Florida Memorial University, said in a statement.
