YouTube Transcriptions - Halp

Yesterday I uploaded an interview via Tunes to Tube and somehow got to the Subtitles/CC area with my clip in a box on the left, and the transcription box to the right automatically populated in lines of two, no timings set. My husband signed me out this morning, and I can't figure out how to do it again and my Googlefu is failing. Any ideas?

It is *not* the "set automatic timings* function, where automated text with timestamps appears to the left of the clip and there's a time scroll under the video. I am doing some volunteer transcription work and this particular clip is really tedious, and it's been a huge help not to have to start from scratch... arrrrrgh.
