Is there an easy way to clean up or reset in Quickbooks Online?

I am a treasurer for the parent organization at my kids school. The organization uses Quickbooks online and over the years various treasurers have added accounts in such a way that there are now a ton of accounts and sub accounts many of which either overlap or fit with different organization schemes. Is there an easy way (as in will not take more than a few hours) to clean this up to reduce the number of accounts to a streamlined set? Ideally I want to reduce the amount of scrolling and confusion for myself and the next treasurer.
