I have bought just about every kind of flour and bran and germ and meal and gum to make keto bread in a bread machine. I've measured ingredients like a chemist. I've experimented with quantities and water temperature and recipes that promise happiness. What I get are hard, misshapen lumps at the bottom of the pan.
It is so frustrating. Are there keto bread machine recipes that actually work. Ideally, I'd like one for white bread and wheat bread (or whatever substitutes for either) that can be sliced and actually looks and tastes like bread, not egg or paper. Help.
