| The second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs kicks off tonight!
The two-time defending champion Tampa Bay Lightning take on the best team in the regular season, the Florida Panthers. The Battle of Florida is a repeat of last year's opening round, which featured some incredibly entertaining hockey. In the west, the heavily favoured Colorado Avalanche take on the St. Louis Blues, who won it all just a few years ago.
Tomorrow night, the Carolina Hurricanes and their deep squad host the New York Rangers and the best goalie of the regular season, Igor Shesterkin. And in the final game, the first playoff Battle of Alberta since 1991 will be crazy; the Calgary Flames and the best line in hockey take on the Edmonton Oilers, who happen to have the best player in the sport, Connor McDavid. |
