Google Calendar for Home and Work

Two Google Calendar Questions: 1. How do I share only my work calendar and have that show availability. 2. Can I display my google calendar on my windows desktop as essentially the wallpaper?

I started a new job. The employer uses google apps. I've been asked to make my calendar visible to team members. it seems like what I'm seeing is my own google calendar, though (from gmail, not from the org). How do I share a "work" version of my calendar and also how do I block off available and not available times (without meetings).

So it seems like when I go into the calendar via the org, I'm seeing the same Google Calender I see if I log into my own gmail account. I obviously don't want to share that. How do I turn it into a separate calendar. Then once I've done that, can I interface them somehow so,

A) Say I have a doctor's appointment on my personal calendar, i want the work calendar to show me as unavailable.
B) I would like to have regularly set up available hours -- so it lists my as available, by default from 9-5 and 9-11 but automatically unavailable from 5-9, for example.

Also, I don't think I've ever had this many zoom meetings in my life. Can I make my calendar (work and own) my windows wallpaper so it's basically always there? How would I do that?
