I'm looking for a specific book about walking. Pretty sure I read a review of it in the last 12 months and that it was a new release but it may be it was just described in an article - I think in the New York Times, but it might have been the Guardian.
I want to say it is called something like "36 Walks for X", but I don't know the X and it may not have been called that! The concept is that it has guidance or prescriptions for taking different kinds of walks for different kinds of thinking / mental benefits, like for creativity or healing (I also can't remember any specific ones it mentioned, those are guesses!). It didn't seem specifically religious (more general self-help)
