58 years old. Applied for job at company] online. Received this message back from HR person at company] the next day ...

"Hello Zen--

Thank you for your interest. This position is more suited towards someone who is in the early stage of their career (3 – 5 years' experience). It does not appear to be the right fit. On behalf of Company], we wish you the best of luck in your search."

My interpretation: They're saying, irrespective of my qualifications, they want to hire a twentysomething for this position.

Is this employment discrimination under ADEA (or some other law)? If so, what are my next steps?
