Seeking front closure tops

I'm preparing for a recovery period when I won't be able to lift my arms above my shoulders for a while. I'm looking for front closure tops that meet the criteria below. You would think this would be an easy thing to find but weirdly it is very much not. Can you lend me your google skills?

1) Full-length front opening with buttons, snaps or zipper. Buttons need to be functional, not decorative.
2) Soft breathable stretch fabric, in mostly natural fibres - cotton blend t-shirting, cupro, stretch linen etc.
3) Dark colours, or at least not white. Ideally available in multiple colours so I can get one of each and be done with it.
4) No crop tops or very low necklines. No collared shirts or pyjama tops.

Something like a henley tee but with buttons all the way to the bottom would be perfect. Or something the shape of a cycling jersey but in natural fibres. Or just a plain tank top with snaps down the middle. I typically wear "women's" clothes but would be equally happy with a men's top that meets these criteria.
