Calling all mixologists and cocktail creators: I have a few jars of rosehip jelly that just...didn't set. So it is equal parts rosehips (simmered in water and strained), and sugar. I have plans to fix some of it, pour some of it on top of a pound cake, etc etc, but I was also imagining some killer cocktails using rosehip syrup. What, dear friends, would YOU make? |
