Salmonella Onion Sourcing?

Is there any way to know the likelihood that I may have eaten or been served raw onions from the salmonella-linked distributors? A few days ago, I got a take-out sub sandwich with raw red onions in it. Yesterday, I got fresh guacamole from Whole Foods and that also has raw red onions in it. Specific questions below the fold:

1) Is there any link from Thomson International to specific restaurant wholesalers and/or Whole Foods? I can't find any information about this.

2) Also, at this point in the salmonella outbreak, is it safe to assume that restaurants and grocery stores are not buying onions from Thomson International?

This link did not really fill me with confidence. I guess the TL;DR is should I prepare for a rough time ahead, or can I probably chill out about this? And is there anything I can do to lower the likelihood of getting sick during an incubation period, i.e. take handfuls of probiotics or drink vinegar or something?
