Celebrating International Women's Day in the Office

I have been asked by my branch manager to come up with an activity for International Women's Day. I work in a planning and engineering firm. There are approximately 20 women and 40 men. Input from all genders is valued and appreciated. How would you like to celebrate women or be celebrated in your workplace? Thanks for your help.

I'd like it to be an inclusive activity (not a bunch of pink goopy stuff) and while I realize we can't please everybody, I'm wondering if you have experienced thoughtful an appropriate activities in your workplace.

Budget would be about $500.
