MusicBrainz Picard tutorial?

Could someone point me to a tutorial, please? I've looked at the ones on musicbrainz.org, howtogeek, and plex.tv, all found by googling, and I find them all not basic enough. I thought I was computer-savvy enough, and music-savvy enough, but I feel defeated. None of the screenshots of interfaces seem to correspond to what I see in my version (2.2.3).

The instructions on live365.com, for example: "Step 2 - Configure the Music Brains settings to your liking." (Oh, really!!!!)
The one on Reddit seems the most comprehensible.
But I'd like more and better.
