Turns out he was high as a kite. He had been up my backside as I was doing 60 along this road (national speed limit) tried to over take a few times but had on coming cars. No idea how fast he was going went he past me but how he missed the bus I will never know. When I realised he was high I tried to block him in but he sped off. Reported immediately but they don't want the footage, doubt anything will ever come of it as police just don't care down here. First upload, enjoy! UPDATE!! Today I received a letter from Hampshire Constabulary informing me that as much as I begged them to take the footage, they will be taking no further action. Go figure.
